Why Not Wednesday? A Father's Day giveaway!

I was gonna do a Wordless Wednesday post,
but since I intend to do a giveaway,
and it's the middle of the week already
I figured I'd better go ahead and get it moving!!
First, I want you to go check out these videos...
once you pick yourself up off the floor,
I'l be waiting right here to tell you about the giveaway!
then

{whistling}
Oh, you're back?
Wasn't that too much??
It would probably be annoying if it weren't
so spot on!!
Make sure you go back and watch videos for
'Before I Eat'
and
'Don't Breathe'
Too funny!! And the best thing is
that she's a Christian lady-some of you
have probably already seen these, or
heard of her, but I never had!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now, notice I put the dad one up there too...
just for Father's Day, I want to do a giveaway.
My hubby is a great dad.
He loves all over the kids, he plays with them,
and honestly, in matters of discipline,
he's the heavy.
(Not that I'm a featherweight!)
He's a big family man, and loves
when we can all do things together!
In honor of your children's father,
I would like to give away a
$15 gift card to Target!
You can choose what to do with it exactly,
buy him something,
buy YOU something that he'll enjoy ;)
or just give him the card and let him get
whatever he wants.
-All you have to do is-
Leave me a comment telling me about
your wonderful hubby, and what
makes him a great dad!
~~~for more entries~~~
1. Follow my blog and comment to
let me know you do so
2. Put my button on your blog and
leave another comment
3. Put a little blurb about this giveaway
in one of your blog posts
-with a link back to mine-
and come back and leave one more comment to
let me know where I can go to read it!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And if you're wondering why I'm giving away
a giftcard instead of some wonderfully
creative, thoughful gift, it's because
I know my hubby is hard to buy for,
and I thought this would make things
easier on you!
I will close the contest on Saturday night
at midnight central time.
I will announce the winner first thing
Sunday morning and hopefully
(depending on how quickly the winner gets back to me)
I'll be able to mail the card out Monday!
Good Luck!!
TTFN,
My husband is an awesome dad because he works terribly long hours, but if the kids have something going on sports wise or for school he is the first to ask for the time off. It makes them feel so special. He also plays with them all the time...they are number one in his book.
I have to say one of my favorite things that Jason does as a dad is bathtime and bedtime! Since I was pregant with Grant {Henry was only 6 months old then} Jason has been the one giving the baths and getting the boys ready for bed! It is great daddy time for the boys, especially after he has been at work all day! And it doesn't hurt that I get about 20 minutes of quiet to myself while he gets in his daddytime!
There are alot of things about Isaac that make him a Great Dad. But if I have to pick a few it would be, That we do everything
together. He loves doing things with us. He doesn't miss a ballgame, he loves playing with the boys, he does bathtime & bedtime & he will take off from work to go with me to take the boys to the doctor when they are sick.
I love that Delk can tell when I'm totally stressed. He will ask me what he can do to help. Or he will just take the boys outside for while so I can have a few minutes to myself. He loves spending time with the boys.
My husband is amazing in every way! He is so patient (with me AND the kids). He is willing to take the kids in the evening or on weekends so I can have some of my own time if I need it. He always gets out the fun things to do with the kids, like setting up a small pool and letting the kids go down our plastic slide into the water. I never would have thought of that!! When daddy walks through the door after work, it's like there is a celebrity walking through the door. Those kids go crazy for their daddy!
My husband is the best dad. He has always played a very active role in every aspect of all of their lives. I think they would prefer him over me any day of the week. He works very hard to make our home a wonderful place, always building things for them and creating new ways for us to spend time together in our home. I can not imagine my life without him.
my hubby is a great daddy. he works way too long of hours, and asks if the kids can stay up just a little bit longer to play with him. he ALWAYS makes time for them no matter what. they know if they shed just enough tears he'll give in most of the time. and most of the time he does. you know when they ask for juice and not milk. they get juice! (i'm the meanie, it would be milk from me!!) he also finds time in his awesome daddy-ness to find time for me too. which is just as important. thanks for the chance. by winning this it would GET my hubby something. we promised to not buy anything for mother's day or father's day. but winning a gift card i'd be able to get him something with out spending any money! :0) thanks for the chance
My hubby is a police officer who works many, many, many extra shifts so that our kiddos can go to a private Christian school. So that our family can live comfortable. So that I don't have to work 'overtime' but can be a mommy when I get off work. He's a great Daddy.
My husband is a great man.....not only does he want to serve God with everything he does, he puts everyone first all the time. He is a hard worker, a great provider and a loving father/husband. Can't ask for anything better than being married to your best friend.
My hubby is a fabulous father. He loves spending time with his family and really likes making the kid's feel special by spending one on one time with each of them. He loves going camping with my daughter, who is 5. That is their little getaway once every summer, where they have fun, share secrets and make memories. He also like to take my son (almost 2) out to do boy things once in awhile. He's just an amazing daddy and a great husband. I couldn't ask for more.
My husband is awesome because he cooks, cleans, changes diapers, and works outside the home. He is a hands-on dad!
My husband works a really stressful job, and while he doesn't help around the house as much as I would like, he's never too tired to play or wrestle with the kids.
My husband has been especially wonderful this past year as I have been very sick and was in the hospital twice for a month each time. During those times he took over the house and the kids even as he continued to run his own business. He made sure everything kept moving forward and also visited me in the hospital and provided much needed support. He even addressed all the Valentine cards for the kids since I couldn't do it :-)
my husband is a kind and gently man, as well as handsome and intelligent. the boys love him because he gives them each some one-on-one time at bed time. he actively participates in parenting, which i love.
My husband is probably the most handsome man in the world and he is such a great father. Our baby is nearly a month old and I know some guys freak out with the baby thing. Eric, however, has fully embraced his fatherhood and can't seem to get enough of his daughter. Unless she's hungry- then I get the hand off. :)
